Live outside the box!

This photo absolutely captivates me. A terrace in Italy overlooking the sea. I'm sure it doesn't get much better than this.......well, perhaps if one of these happened by......

Now where was I? 

 I've admitted I'm not much of a camper (or even a glamper) but I can certainly get behind the idea of spending as much time as possible living outdoors. In California most of us have the climate to allow for such indulgence. 

I'm finding that most of my favorite outdoor living spaces have water-whether it's a pool or a fountain. The sound of water brings is always a peaceful element.

Flowers or greenery add the natural element. Scent is another essential in creating the environment. 

Night blooming jasmine and tuberose are two of my favorite plants for summer garden perfume.

                                                            A fabulous view is a bonus and.....

                                                            A sea view is always spectacular!

                            And below- is my favorite outdoor living space.....only because it's home.

                                  As it turns out-it's a pretty decent space for a summer soiree'........

                                  If we are lucky-sometimes the pink clouds dance in the pool for us!

  And always-candlelight and a great sunset adds the final touch to your evening of outdoor living!
