Hello there~
Thanks for stopping by Stylemindchic today. I can't tell you how much it means to me.
Today I'm celebrating 100. I'm only half that, in age, but this is my 100th post. I started this blog in late January and I am excited to note that I've had nearly 9000 hits on the blog since that time. I'm fascinated to see that I have readers from Russia to Argentina to China, France, Italy (thanks Francesco), Germany, Australia, Indonesia, Trinidad and Tobago and the UK, among other spots. It's been quite a journey, as I continue my 'nearly' full time position as a School Psychologist for students with emotional and physical disabilities. Balancing the two has been a challenge~but has also grown into a passion for me. This blog has been my creative outlet and a source of sharing my own inspirations. I cannot let this milestone pass without sharing a few thank yous-so please indulge me.
*My darling husband, Scott, who has encouraged and supported me in every way. He definitely gets fewer home cooked meals but has a much happier, more enthusiastic wife these days. You are simply....the best!
*My mom-Jeri-unwavering support and unconditional love. Also, simply the best!
*My sista, Dorie~ my first sale in my brand new online boutique www.stylemindchic.com, as well as my first dollar. She thinks of everything....
*My step-daughter Briana~it's been fun to share the journey of writing, sharing and 'putting it out there'
*My lovely friends~ Nicole, Gina, Maryanne, Lily and Melanie, Crystal, Tim M. ~thanks for the interest and support of my new adventure. Your care has meant the world to me.

For some of us, trying a new adventure, risking, sharing, putting our hearts out there with what is 'real', in a public forum, is a big challenge. I've been surprised and excited by the response of those I hold near and dear and have made some fabulous new connections. It's a lesson to keep moving forward....despite some disappointments..... but mostly, I am grateful.
It makes me want to ......
Set off some fireworks.......
Blow up some balloons......
Pop a cork! .....and sparkle......but mostly, I want to ride a Vespa and kick up my heels.

Heather, I am so HONORED!! Totally did not expect that type of equal admiration!! Again, I am so honored! I was excited to see the heels and dress on the Vespa, and started to have a bit of an Italian/European vacation daydream, when I first began to read. I thought, maybe this is going to be a celebration of the romance of Vespa's. LOL! Congratulations on your 100th post!
