Welcome to the Weekend....{sunset from home}

It's Friday and my favorite man and I are escaping to the Sonoma Valley for a well-deserved, long weekend. Napa and Sonoma are two of our favorite go to getaway spots. There will be some gorgeous views; bright green hillsides, puffy clouds, deep yellow mustard under the grape vines, and blossoming trees everywhere. The Valley is magical this time of year. We always treat ourselves to some decadent dining, a little wine tasting and often a picnic if weather permits. This visit we've added a long leisurely dinner with two of our dearest friends on Saturday evening. Can hardly wait! Will post more on getaway weekend tips later.
